If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it.Here are some alternate options:
Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address.Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.

Before your order is shipped. We have to process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control tests. So, Total Delivery Time is different shipping time alone.And when there is custom or force majrure like Covid-19, your order might arrive a bit later than expected.
There is also a slight possibility that your order don't arrive due to the logistics company. Here please contact us via service@florylove.com. Please note there is a 14-day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take actions.
